Parity Trust has designed the Home Trust Loan for home owners who require financial assistance in order to carry out essential works to their properties.

Parity Trust work in partnership with 16 local authorities. Loans can be used for various reasons including:

• double glazing
• roof repairs
• purchase of a new boiler.

We deliver loans across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. There are three borrowing options tailored to suit your circumstances. Whichever option you choose, you can be assured of a fixed, low rate of interest for the full term of the loan and the option to make overpayments or settle the loan in full without penalty (please note that this option is available to household residents but not to landlords). We may also be able to offer a shared equity loan product in some cases.
