About Us

Parity Trust deliver the Home Trust Loan scheme. This scheme enables homeowners to finance essential repairs and adaptations to their homes. We proudly work with the support of 16 local authorities to deliver this low interest, fixed rate scheme.

Alongside this, we worked with our partners the Anglican Diocese of Portsmouth to start up the Joint Venture Social Enterprise which will assist local projects and community groups in the development of under used faith based and community buildings.

Because we also have a commitment to improving economic activity within the local area, we are developing products and support services  which will enable us to assist the local business community. Once products have been fully developed, you will be able to find more information on the 'Business and social enterprise' section within our website.

To compliment the work we do to improve economic activity, we've learnt along the way a few tips which can help to make us a bit more money 'savvy', for tips, exercises and some lins to useful website, view our smart money page.
